Sirji That is a question that needs to be answered by Delhi Police and NSG. I have personally witnessed equally shoddy training and upkeep by Other police units in India - hence i said for the purpose of the video - Gender is irrelevant.

After the 26/11 attack in 2008, a foreign concept called SWAT became very popular among the state/city polices across the country. Every police department wanted a SWAT team without understanding the basic roles and principles of SWAT. Most police departments raised new units, bought MP5, Sig 550s and snipers etc.

Now after the SWAT frenzy of initial yeras since 2008 became over, ground reality struck. Though foreign weapons were bought, but not adequate firing range. Ammunition was insufficient, and those available in small quantity were from OFB which were extremely poor quality. Most importantly the joining the SWAT team presented no real career growth prospects, so no big IPS joined, only constable ranked people joined SWAT department.

Thus SWAT concept became just a re-branding of the old Armed police and nothing more. Only addition is some photo-op exercises annually in-front of VIPs.

So what he means by Garuds and Marcos in the past have gone to NSG is that they go there for doing a course.

They are not NSG.

They just go there to gain experience.Like cross training.

If the lady has to fire the weapon with this stance, the slide of the weapon will hit her nose and most likely that will cause a nose bleed and the hot gases escaping and the gunshot residue will in all probability damage her eye as she is not wearing any eye protecting and gun shot noise will make her ears ring till kingdom come.
