A kind of off topic yet an interesting question related to Indian police for everyone, how a superintendent of police is wearing the 25th Independence day anniversary medal which was issued in the 1972? (The officer is real, by the way ) any explanations? I've more pictures of similar instances I'll upload later.

Indian police look extremely skinny and unfit. Are they getting enough nutrition? I understand vegetarianism is big but are they getting enough calories and lifting weights/practicing martial arts to maintain law-and-order? They have no muscle. A 12th grader (18 year old) can probably lift more weight and perform better physically WITHOUT training than one of them
