A kind of off topic yet an interesting question related to Indian police for everyone, how a superintendent of police is wearing the 25th Independence day anniversary medal which was issued in the 1972? (The officer is real, by the way ) any explanations? I've more pictures of similar instances I'll upload later.

Another picture where you can see a crpf constable wearing the same 25th Independence anniversary medal behind the antrik suraksha padak. Someone please explain how is it possible for officers/troopers in 2020 to wear a medal which was issued back in 1972!

Such moments are rare and what a pleasant feeling to showcase and demonstrate Made in India weapons to the state police force. PLR Systems thanks the trial team for an opportunity and physically firing with these modern weapons in the open firing range.

Indian police look extremely skinny and unfit. Are they getting enough nutrition? I understand vegetarianism is big but are they getting enough calories and lifting weights/practicing martial arts to maintain law-and-order? They have no muscle. A 12th grader (18 year old) can probably lift more weight and perform better physically WITHOUT training than one of them
