Kamov Ka-31 in flight, showing the E-801M "Oko" radar folded flat under the fuselage.
The E-810M "Oko" (Eye) is an IEEE L-Band pulse-doppler radar with a 6x1 metre planar array that
unfolds and rotates under the aircraft at 6rpm. It can detect fighter-sized targets out to about 200km and warships at 250km or more (speculative figures). This aircraft is one of the second batch of Ka-31s ordered by the Indian Navy, in service with INAS 339 "Falcons" based at Dabolim.
