I dont see the Radar dishes covered by a round doom like in western stealth ships, our radars seem to be exposed.

No they are not but ECM are provided for that reason, Radar doom are for those systems which are very high probability of corrosion..

Talwar and Shvalik are India`s first Stealth ships, Kolkata will be second generation stealth ships..
