These Ships fall in 2nd Generation stealth category..

The main features of the class are its stealth characteristics and the land-attack capability. The ships incorporate structural, thermal and acoustic stealth features

Sea Shadow (IX-529) is first stealth ship concept developed in 1984. i think this is a 1st gen stealth concept. but looks very advanced.

correct, the prototype also contained couple of torpedoes bay and few SAM missiles.

just integrate a Multi-Functional Radar instead of these hess-mess Radars ... you will get what you want ...

wait for this year end when the lead Ship of Kolkata Class will be commissioned with Barak SAM, AShM Brahmos and MF-STAR (more advanced than Aegis PESA) .... and most ignored part ..it's Battle Management System will be State-of-Art ....
