I hate this particular colour, I mean it has ruined the looks of all Indian Aircrafts.

I love this Tipnis grey on certain acs. Although would have loved to see the 3 tone theatre specific camouflage on the Jaguars .

The Tipnis Grey suits the Su-30MKIs and MiG-29 UPG just fine.

The Navy has inducted three ALH Mk III, four Chetak, 8 Dornier and one P8I aircraft this year.

Contracts for six P8Is, 6 Kamov 31 helicopters and upgrade of 6 Heron's are under process. Also signed the LOA for 24 MH-60R's from the United States through the FMS route.

To bring commonality in all three services uniforms as Military should be a united branch not divided branches like IA, IAF, IN.

First bring commonality in indian army uniform and for sri ram's sake stop allowing our soldiers to use school bags and track jackets .

Relax even china do that with their enemies every country do that upto some extent. Even in Chanakya's era they used to do bussiness with enemy to keep image and later f*ck them. From past to present it has been a weird policy of nations to keep a less hostile image on front while doing things behind the scene. In short you can call it geopolitical gamble. Obviously our babus have this kind of mentality since a long time. Obviously this can backfire thats why i don't like this dumb policy especially in defence sector.

Shriman ye babu log ki mentality ka kya kahe. It is a very risky policy and can harm us. Paise thode jyada lagte chalta par Japanese or even korean would have been a better option.

Passage Exercise (PASSEX) between Russian Federation Navy and Indian Navy in Eastern Indian Ocean Region

The Indian Navy (IN) is undertaking a Passage Exercise (PASSEX) with Russian Federation Navy (RuFN) in the Eastern Indian Ocean Region (IOR) from 4 to 5 December 2020. The exercise involves participation of RuFN guided missile cruiser Varyag, large anti-submarine ship AdmiralPanteleyev and medium ocean tanker Pechenga. INis being represented by indigenously constructed guided missile frigate Shivalik and anti-submarine corvetteKadmattalongwith integral helicopters.


The exercise is aimed at enhancing interoperability, improving understanding and imbibing best practices between both the friendly navies, and would involve advanced surface and anti-submarine warfare exercises, weapon firings, seamanship exercises and helicopter operations.


PASSEXs are conducted regularly by IN with units of friendly foreign navies, whilst visiting each other’s ports or during a rendezvous at sea. This exercise, being conducted in the Eastern Indian Ocean Region, reflects the strong long-term strategic relationship between the two countries and particularly, defence cooperation in the maritime domain.


This exercise is being conducted on the occasion of ‘Navy Day’ of the IN on 4th December, which emphasizes the strong bonds of friendship shared between the two friendly militaries. This PASSEX would be another step towards strengthening Indo-Russian defence relations. The two navies have built a robust relationship through regular exercises such as INDRA Navy conducted biennially, with the last edition held in the Northern Indian Ocean Region from 4 to 5 September 2020.

I love older paint , for naval aircraft .
It looks classy but again weapons should not compromise safety and stealth for good looks.
If that colour scheme has been deemded problematic , than I also like current colour scheme of naval fighters.
