According to another commentator called yaqoob in another forum, these trucks will be made in Karnataka. It is interesting to note that Karnataka has a KamAZ factory as well. The off-road award winning KamAZ will be sitting and watching while TATA makes these trucks.

With BM-21 'Grad' mounted on it.

With fuel bowser.

As an artillery tractor.

As a materiel carrier with robotic arm or crane.

WRONG INFO.
They will be made in Jamshedpur and further integration MAY take place with the help of TATA power (for select electronic equipment if any ) from Karnataka.... IF THERE IS A K'TAKA CONNECTION IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Ok, you might as well be correct. Another commentator in another forum (cannot link it) says that they are expected to be made at Dharwad, Karnataka.

Dharwad does not have the CV testing facilities that J'pur has. As I said the chassis etc. will be made, assembled and driven in J'pur. The only thing they can do in Dharwad is some body building and doing that there is only justified if they want to integrate electronics alongside and need input from TATA power also based in K'taka.

It is a big bus and tiny bus/truck manufacturing unit. They do not make cars, AFAIK.

Dharwad Plant has installed most advanced technology which includes robotics, automated line with Automated Guided Vehicles and ultramodern manufacturing systems.

Most of them are useless when it comes to truck manufacture  Especially in India
