Is there a way to hold states accountable without removing their autonomy?
Yup , clearly setting up of target per fiscal year with a proper planning body of all infrastructural and policy target and if State fails , it has to be published in all major media sources and any government personality white washing it should be made to write proper justification .

Basically what already said ,make people aware , see kejriwal spending money on rubbish things , supporting Khalistanis and all but yet getting bailed out by free electricity and water thing , instead he should be given power and allowance as per ground report on how much it will cost to complete the project , and ask for what he spend on why project is delayed , every delay wheter any activist or anything it should be on the party responsible .

If not then their should be a provision for floor test , based on his performance and result should be published in public , like see this guy youve elected is supporting people who don't want to do work for you .

Basically ask them why ??

We had seen enough people questioning Central government for past 7years and they are doing a good job due to it , replicate same for State

So happy that despite the hit job of pidis to demean the efforts of ICF guys, we are on track. Someone told already that once the production hits scale the costs come down considerably. A very good r&d investment and it fills us in S.American/African markets too, like we did in Aus. I think thats the very reason why some babus and pidis were not so happy abt the desi trains sets, comparing them with imported maal & chinese HSR sets. Small but commendable steps in our indigenous capabilities. Looking forward to travel in one.

A 450 mtr plus tower will easily cost above $1 Billion, may cross over $2 Billion too.
Tell me which company will invest this much for a building in India when we have cases where towers are stuck in construction hell since a decade!
True.
The Palais Royale always comes to my mind, its under construction since ages.
AAI has literally strangulated Mumbai to 300m skyscraper limits.
Here in Canary Wharf, London, there are multiple high rises literally placed right next to the London City Airport and I haven't seen any airport authority complain

50% of India's gold imports in 2020-21 came from Switzerland; Saudi Arabia slips in trading partner rank

According to an Economic Times report, among all of India’s top 10 import partners, imports from Switzerland increased by 7.8% to $18.2 billion, majorly led by gold. Switzerland replaced Saudi Arabia as India's fourth-largest partner as the latter sank by one notch. India continues to be the world's largest consumer of gold after China.

Patna and Guwahati are strategically located. While Guwahati is the gateway to the Northeast, the Patna warehouse will cover Bihar, Nepal, north of West Bengal and east of Uttar Pradesh. Both the cities have good road and air connectivity.
