They are so deep in their abyss, their founder Raveendran is still in Dubai and has not set foot in India ever since they have gone into crisis mode. It is most likely he will be arrested once he sets foot in India with regard to violations his company has done. I am also amazed how can a founder of a company live in luxury in another country while real company business is happening in India. This is a perfect example of living in the sky and whipping the peasants on the ground to do their work. This moron has completely lost his way when lot of dollars flowed into his account. Money completely changed this guy. Byjus will go down as a lesson as to what not to do as a company. Their unethical practices of luring vulnerable poor folks by taking loans in their names without their consent to toxic environment at their workplace to endlessly buying out other competitors without regard to company finances, there will definitely be a lesson for everyone from this fiasco.

India wont be 15-20 Trillion without major internet unicorn companies by its target years. Our GDP growth will get delayed just like our defence projects. They are making Home applications. Definitely much more poor margin than an Phone manufacturing simply you have much bigger players like Samsung, LG, IFB.

Dixon can simply share an template design model and only thing Jio can do is to port than Pragati Skin with an optimization. I mean we have market between 6k-10K vacant now.

The whole issue of cheeni phones runs even deeper. Chinese smartphones are, essentially, a national security threat! Merely sending sarkari attack dogs (ED, CBI, IT Dept) to raid their Indian HQs won't cut it; I hope gormint is aware of the consequences of letting chongi tech companies operate.

We are in dire need of PLI 2.0 (coupled with trade/non-trade barriers) to champion 'reliable' (if not outright desi) alternatives and kick cheeni companies (all of them actively engaged in price dumping) out for good like we did with in the metro rail rolling stock business.

All these IIT JEE/UPSC/Govt Job prep schools are nothing but elaborate Ponzi schemes.

The vast majority will never clear the exams but will end up paying a premium price and, more importantly, squandering precious years of their lives. It's extremely common to see 24-25-year-old graduates preparing for government jobs with no career backup plans.

By the time they have exhausted all their options, they will be reaching their late 20s without any work experience and, therefore, almost unemployable, even for an entry-level job in a private company.
