When you will go for the L1 bidders this is bound to happen. And most of the Amerike Start Ups resolve to this schemes. And so the Senior Management can Gulps h8gh Salaries. And wouldnt mind to outsource to Xinjiang as long as money is saved for annual payrise towards the senior management of the firms.

Ya'll Nibbiars The DIC Corporation announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary Ideal Chemi Plast Private Limited, based in the state of Maharashtra, India, has commenced construction of a new 9,00 coating resins production facility in the state’s Supa industrial area. The new greenfield project will increase Ideal Chemi Plast’s production capacity for these resins, enabling it to keep pace with rising demand in India.

DIC has formulated a strategy for expanding the DIC Group’s presence in coating resins markets across Asia. The Indian market, a key target of this strategy, is projected to see annual growth in excess of 9%. With the aim of capturing local demand, in April 2019 DIC acquired Ideal Chemi Plast, having determined that fusing its ability to develop high-end coating resins with the Indian company’s extensive sales channels, customer base, grasp of user needs, and supply chain would swiftly elevate its market position in India. With its existing coating resins production facility operating at full capacity ever since the acquisition, underpinned healthy demand, Ideal Chemi Plast recognized the need to swiftly augment capacity and purchased a site for a new facility in March 2021. Construction began in April this year.

The new facility, which is expected to begin operating in July 2023, will triple Ideal Chemi Plast’s production capacity. Reactors will also allow local production of new environment-friendly products and products for the global market developed at DIC’s Polymer Technical Center Asia Pacific in Thailand. To ensure it operates in a manner that does not harm the environment, the facility will install a Zero Liquid Discharge system, enabling it to treat all wastewater internally to produce clean water suitable for industrial use.

And This New facility also focuses on carbon footprint reduction by selecting natural gas as fuel, energy efficient machineries with good engineering practice and better safety standards.

Ya'll Nibbiars The 60 percent land acquisition has completed for greenfield Kharagpur siliguri Economic Corridor NH-116A in West Bengal. If this pace continues, construction could begin early 2023.

Yes, that s true. My only complaint is with the connectivity between cities and state Highways. Having travelled extensively in the state, majority of districts are good in terms of overall development level. Most taluka level administrative head points are having good development. Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Surat, Baroda are metro level cities. Some other cities with better development are Anand, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Mehsana, Himatnagar, Palanpur, Junagadh, Dwarka. But some are below average such as Amreli, Gir-Somanth, Kheda, Dahod etc. Some are extremely backward like Dang, Narmada, Chota Udepur, Panchmahal etc. These are also tribal belts where missionaries are active.

Amareli is very good. Dang is excellent so far infrastructure is concern but it is a tribal distric with lots of forest. It can not be judged on yardstick of metros and other cities. Gir has its scenic beauty.

Haldibhai how far are we along with the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train land acquisition? And Aarey Car shed?
Ya'll Nibbiars 80 Percent Land Aquacation done in Maharashtra and the Tender well be out soon. But we'll The Elevated would be cancelled in the favour of at Grade Fenced lines.

The Car Shed work is going on with no problems.

Ya'll Nibbiars The 7 lakh kilometers done and still going strongs, The NMMTs Volvos. And unlike the cities of Bengaluru, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Delhi are scrapping the buses just after 5 years as they never heard of the Term Matinance. The Navi Mumbai has spend a large amount annually towards the matinanace of the buses.

Ya'll Nibbiars When you don't have money despite State, GOI, supports and spending on freebies like there is now tomorrow and emerging as the most debted State/ UTs in India. This was bound to happen. The scrapping of buses of 5 to 10 years is nothing but mismanagement a buses life is Over 15 years. And The BEST despite Hughes Debt and no support from BMC or the GOM, they have never scrapped any bus lesser than 15 years old. The problems with the Hyderabad and Bengaluru was they never alloted sufficient budget towards the matinance of the low floor buses.

Ya'll Nibbiars The Amway in Japanese used celebrities since 70's and less than 1 percent are Christrains.
