That’s because he is a politician, not royalty. A certain amount of risk is inevitable, all that the SPG can do is to try and mitigate the risk. A PM getting ready for elections will do some unsafe things but that comes with the territory. He will be at his most exposed over the next few months, the SPG will have to do the best the can and keep their fingers crossed.

We do have capability to take out Hafiz Saeed. In past few years Out intel agencies have infiltrated LeT camps in PoK and Hafiz Saeed frequently visits these camps. Also Hafiz Saeed has not appeared in media and public after assassination of Sami-Ul-Haq may be because he thinks that he can be assassinated as well. Dawood Ibrahim at present is more secure than Hafiz Saeed then also according to his aide Farookh Takla Indian intelligence made atleast 7 assassination attempts on Dawood Ibrahim and not even one on Hafiz Saeed. Why? Because I think we want to keep Saeed alive and use him as propaganda tool against Pakistan.
