Looks sexy. Hope folks in DRDO, OFB and Army encourage these small companies to come up with such modifications. Another company recently did a pretty fantastic modification job on Ak-47s rifles in service.

i think looks dot make it lethal the most of ak in coin ops are wood and not much moded is becoz that part are more reliable than the fancy mods , the mod is necessary if u doing a tactical level ops like lbl raid kind , as for jk the row ak more than enough its pure firepower nothing more

The Pak military and the ISI needs to be hit hard from every possible angle. I just read about the Pak military is quietly sitting on a huge cash pile while the country is almost bankrupt. A heavy dose of Indian military might needs to be unleashed on the multiple Pak military sites. Crippling the Pak military at all levels is the only answer to prevent the proliferation of the pest of terrorists. Logistical and other critical support offered by the Pak military keeps these rag tag idiots going.

15-20 years ago, they would distribute it among themselves - that’s how they started their own inventory of AK47s that would be used against other jihadis.
Not sure what they do now, now that IA has their own brand new AKs! Also, the jihadis nowadays customize their rifles that render them useless for IA use.

It used to be like that previously. But unfortunately now ergonomics matters to. You see the Indian army officers like constantly seduced by the shiny toys exhibited by small arms companies in various defence shows. Hence DRDO and OFB folks should step up their game to capture Indian market as well as improve export potential.
Reality is looks matters a lot. A lot of those shiny foreign junks fails miserable in Indian conditions during trials. However the army is hell-bent on procuring them and junking Insas.

Ya I know. But the point is these civilian low cost rifles can be modified into deadly snipers by terrorist is alarming.
On one hand we have obsolete Dragunov equipping the majority of army. Maybe if funds are short for procuring a high quality sniper rifles in vast quantities then they should turn to these type of private company led modifications on those low cost sports rifles.

Ordinary public are ignoring this made up "controversy". If anything they should concentrate on roti, makan, kapda and regional issues. It's foolish to throw rocks at the sun as the rocks will come and smack you back in the face.
