Hizb now denies role in Poonch killings

Srinagar, August 29
Days after claiming responsibility for the killing of five Indian soldiers in the Poonch sector on August 6, the Hizbul Mujahideen has retracted from its earlier claim and said the group had no role in the killings. A local news gathering agency in Srinagar, Kashmir News Service, reported that Hizbul's Muzaffarabad-based spokesman Saleem Hashmi claimed that the troops were killed in clashes between two units of the Indian Army and that the outfit had no role in the attack.

The Hizb claim has absolved both Pakistan army and the Kashmiri militant group of the attack on the forward post in the Poonch sector, which escalated the tension along the Line of Control. New Delhi had blamed Pakistan army for the Poonch ambush. "The statement claiming responsibility for the Poonch attack was based on inputs from the field sources and it has not been proved correct," the Hizbul Mujahideen spokesman claimed in a statement issued to the KNS.

Hizbul head and United Jehad Council chairman Syed Salahuddin more than a fortnight after the Poonch ambush had told the KNS that the border squad of the outfit had carried out the attack. The belated claim and now the retraction by the Hizbul has raised many questions

These Guys may not be terrorist ..

1. You dont see sophisticated Military hydration system on tangos ..
2. You dont see gud quality camo plate carriers and chest rigs ..

These guys may be PA SF, Not regulars nor tangos ..

may be they are trained by PA SF or supplied by them... why should they use their valuable resources when they know there are others to the job ...

They conduct raids in multiple teams consist of 2-4 men each, Rest perhaps escaped ..

More over looking the gadgets its clear these are not regular nor tangos ..
