deploy Himalayan boys against these scums... they are ruthless. Most probably they were asked not to mutilate the body.. but they know what to do ..
and even the enemy has psychological effect when they face them for obvious reasons.

There are very few cases where some one from Naga, Dogra, Kumaon, Garhwal, Gurkha, Assam & Ladhak scouts been subject to mutilation by the enemy. It's a case to study.

There have been three or four instances of beheading that have been brought to public attention during recent years. We don't know how many have gone unreported. Anyway, most Indian regiments have not had a beheading incident that we know of. Does this seem to imply that the jawans who got beheaded were incompetent? Nope, it is simply a function of being in the wrong place in the wrong time. There is little you can do when ambushed, race/tribe/ethnicity has nothing to do with it.

they are not incompetent but they when you deploy these boys, it also gives psychological resistance to the intruder.

And that Chutiya Shah was saying in Chandigarh that Pakis will pay in future if this happened again .

@Gessler I would only like to add that instead of customizing present lot of AK ,I will prefer ak 103 or any other modern 7.62x39mm rifle being inducted as a standard issue 7.62x39m assault rifle for Indian army.

Of course ,that's given .I don't think that these optics will be/have been bought in large numbers (B3X ,LE QL).These along with the mods on the rifle have been done at the commander level in small numbers (assumption) .

Whatever optics army finalize for its standard issue rifle ,will be mass produced in India and will be seen on various rifles eventually .

@Gessler Now that it is clear that the new 7.62x51mm rifle produced by the OFB is based on insas 1c and not the "AK" platform as being suggested by Mr Prasun sengupta,I think it's time for you to have another conversation with him and clear things for either us or him.

Right now RFIs are out 10,600 II tubes based PNSs and 26,000 TIS for 7.62mm LMGs. Apart from that nothing else for Infantry.
