Buk M3 misfire it seems.

I am curious what does a misfire mean. Does it mean premature firing, or the missile went in a direction it is not supposed to go?

That money was marked and alloted for systems from Russia. Knowing the kind of paperwork and 'rules' in MoD to get this money alloted to some other thing, it will be very difficult or near to impossible within 31st March

Can't they give the surrendered budget to army back again as extra resulting procurement
And if u see many things are just waiting ccs clearance only once cleared orders can be placed saying on the basis of many AoNs

I guess this confidence arises from ignorance. I wonder how blissful it must be to live in a world of ignorance where soldiers wearing tin bucket helmets, world war 2 webbing and carrying the 9mm sterling and screaming "COMMANDO", leaping over fire, comprises the special forces of India. How wonderful it must be to live in such ignorance, compared to us who find fault in everything. We are the eternal cynics.
