Can't really say that, IBG is restructuring only within the army, integrating various arms like infantry, armoured, mech, arty, logistics, etc according the the terrain for quick deployment. Whereas theaterisation will require all 3 services to come together to work things out. IMO opinion even CAPFs should be involved to some extent in theaterisation near border areas.
