The Navy is the best but the reason could be because they have their own design bureau & they don't depend on DRDO. Maybe DRDO should be merged into IA, and IAF respectively. The chief of army staff & the airforce should be held responsible for indigenization.

Reforms in officer cadre and their training are the need of time.

Just curious to know the difference and relevance of 150km Prahaar, 200 km Prakash and 150/500 km Pralay missile.

Has any of the first two in Indian Army‘s possession or just waste of time at DRDO.

Pralay is the most recent iteration of this system. Have all modern tech present in it. But surprisingly Army sits on Prahaar for long time even though it cleared all trials. Army never shown interest in 150 km+ Rockets. This is the first time we are seeing some shift in this approach.

Bhim project is dead and buried for almost two decades now. Having inducted the K-9 Vajra there is no need for it.
