I do not think so. Pakistan has converted itself into a no man's land. USA/UK support is gone.
Cheen and Saudi yes. Cheen due to geopolitics and Saudi due to religious reasons.

Unfortunately Indians have a romanticized idea of Pakistan. In reality Pakistan is a land of very high criminality, gang wars, bomb blasts, and massacres of minorities.

There was a time when hundreds of unclaimed bodies were found in Karachi daily. Violence is somewhat down now but not much. Pakistani government fav trick is to ignore the problem. Police do not register cases. Family violence is a case in point where there is a zero chance of a case getting registered.

Tribal justice rules the land even in large towns of Punjab.

Pakistan is the main reason Afghanistan is not stabilizing causing serious financial loss to USA.

200 Ahmadi Doctors have been gunned down in Pakistan in the last two years. Two hundred highly educated Doctors, not just common men.

Trigger happy mobs go for massacres of minorities and Paki government is a mute spectator. Not even arrests happen.

Some foreign tourists who do make it to Pakistan are allowed to visit only a few areas and always with local "guides". No foreign tourist is allowed to travel freely as in India. Many foreigners travel solo in India even use public road transport buses. There are no minders or guides in India.

As I said earlier, Indians have NO idea of reality of Pakistan.

Does the UNSC Sanction listing on Hafiz Saeed mention 26/11 or for that matter any of the activities of LeT in India or in the valley? NOT AT ALL!

But IMHO the efforts we put wasn't related to impact in Pakistan, we did this to have a impact in South East Asia. It was done to boost our Act East policy. This is second time after Dolkam that China had to climb down in front of India. This will boost image & relations with all countries surrounding south china sea who have disputes with China.

India to ask FATF to blacklist Pakistan

New Delhi: India will ask the global money laundering and terror finance watchdog to put Pakistan on a blacklist of countries that fail to meet international standards in stopping financial crime, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said Thursday.

The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) already has Pakistan on its “grey list” of countries with inadequate controls over curbing money laundering and terrorism financing.
