Someone asked what was it like to live during 26/11 attack!

It was absolutely demoralizing. Congress administration systematically degraded Indian military during its 10-year tenure. Terrorist attacks were rampant. Instead of going to Indian armed forces for counter measure options, MMS routinely consulted foreign countries on possible course of actions and headed their advice. At times, it felt like MMS/Congress/UPA was compromised.

This is why we cannot even think of a possibility of UPA/Congress coming to power; it will be devastating for India's security.

Lads, take this seriously. We have a solid chance of calling out Paki bullshit in this video. Slow down to .25x, and look closely around the 9 sec mark. Before the booms of the ejection, there's what appears to be a jettison of the canopy. I can't quite prove it unless someone here has video and audio enhancing software or connections who can clean up the video and zoom in.

Here's what I'm getting at. The F-16 uses the ACES II ejections system. It is unique because unlike eastern block fighters, the canopy in the ACES II gets jettisoned off first before the seat ejection kicks in. None of our jets use such a system. Aroun the 9 sec mark you can see a clear distortion in the smoke trail and a piece of object flies off at an angle, followed by the actual booms. There's a second distortion but it's not very clear. Also listen to the pre rocket ignition sound of the ejection sequence in the second video (the slow mo part). Matching up the acoustic imprints along with the video confirmation of canopy jettison will nail the paki lies.

UPA was dumb enough to tell/ask John McCain and others (visiting India in the aftermath of the attack) that India could attack Muridke. McCain went straight to Paki land and told them about it. Pakis hyperventilated and bluffed him that they'll retaliate with nuclear weapons. And that's it! US and other countries bore heavily on India!

It was stupid to share future military actions!

On 27th Paki AF had tried to intrude in the same area with 12 aircraft package. That day SU-30MKI had intercepted them but the RoE was 'Detter, do not Engage first'. So those Paki aircraft were intercepted and thawed. In other words, Pakis returned to save their ass getting thrashed by SU-30MKIs.

A similar thing had happened over Noshera sky. The difference here was when a section of Paki jets managed to drop its bombs. Then Wing Co Abinandan and his wingman were given clearance to shoot, as per RoE of that day. They were closest.

Here It should be mentioned that entire intercept package comprising of SU-30MKI, Mirage-2000 and Mig-21 could have engaged Paki Strike package in BVR but RoE prevented that.

Now to today's incident.

Today Intercept mission was more than SU-30MKI engaging a cheap china supplied paki UAV with costly R-73. It was a message to Pakistan that RoE has changed to Shoot at Sight from what was then on 27th Feb. In other words, IAF will engage Pakis jets in BVR at first signs of intrusion from now on.

MKI shooting down that UAV has delivered that message. Some salwars must have gone brown, wet and smelly for sure across our western borders.

Posting after a long time. What is absolutely breathtaking in social media, is the dogged belief people will cling to deny anything positive associated with Modi government. Facebook ( a platform which I religiously avoid ) is brimming with comment not just questioning the veracity of the attack , but vitriolic outburst against indian armed forces, merely because they happen to be under modi administration. Many people seem to cling any opinion that caters to their confirmation bias. Very sad state of affairs.
It is times like this that proves that winning the real battle is more important than the battle.of perception.
