Pakistan's nuclear bluff has been called off : that bluff was called off during Kargil also but it has been validated. It would be difficult for Pakistan to carry out terrorist strikes inside India with impunity under nuclear umbrella. That massage is loud and clear.Pakistani sense of absolute security under nuclear umbrella no more exists.
The envelop of Anti terrorist has been extended to entire Pakistani territory. Safety and Security of Pakistan has been linked to their terrorist acts. Impunity against military action no longer exists.
Pakistani Armed Forces has been drawn into Indian anti -terrorist operations. to pay for it.
Pakistan as a nation has been made to defend terrorists / terrorism militarily and diplomatically.
The veil of deniability under which Pakistan used to carry out terrorist operations will not be accepted.
The Borders have become voilable and reason daire for limited application of military forces has been created.
Focus shifts from J&K to terrorism.

I don't know but i see couple of villagers who are in no need of education or jobs. They look like fairly well off living on fertile lands where even weakening PKR wouldn't affect them much.
