Actually,he implied wat we know- after recent strikes and dog fight which followed,the downin of F16 shows that there is a real threat posed by it and also a loophole which made us get the kill.

So,the lobby workin to crash d Rafale deal shd be warned that the docs which they produced must not be considered as they are closely guarded deal involving another foreign govt,and it compromises our Nat security.
