I think that's a good idea. We should also first start spreading our religion in IOK. Build temples over there, etc. Maybe we can promote the One God version of the Arya Samaj. It doesn't matter. You know what we should do. The Easiest Way for Hindus to Spread our religion is buy letting people convert into Hinduism for citizenship.
