That’s not how porkis see it. They will detonate a dirty bomb, gamble that India won’t respond with a second strike (best case), and pray that the second strike won’t target Pindi or some other HVT (worst case). Once there’s nuclear incident/exchange of any sort, pakis gamble that it will be impossible for Kashmir to remain a bilateral issue. They desperately want this to not remain a bilateral issue, and are willing to risk a nuclear incident/exchange.

The Indian response should be to lob an 80 kT warhead at Karachi CBD and call it a day. When you’re given a golden opportunity by the enemy to carry out a justified second strike, make the most of it.

The center of earthquake being reported is at Jaton near Mirpur Kotli.... They are assessing if Mangla Dam can crack up... that will be much devastating than 10MT bomb...

It is opposite our Naushera / Rajuori sectors. The roads have reportedly cracked up and infrastrustrure damadged ....

How about India Army entering Mirpur for earth quake relief and carry out a proper relief to relive the Pakistani Army from there...
