I have zero malice towards Bakshi saab.

What Iam getting from twitter chatter is that, PA has activated its air defence sites all along PoJK (GB) facing the LoC. PA might be anticipating something.

They may be anticipating what we were talking about in the other thread about India capturing GB and Badhakshan and providing a supply route to NRF.

Or maybe they are hosting some talib militants in GB/POK and are anticipating a surgical strike in response in case R&AW picked up on it. Other than that can't think of anything.

Most likely the second scenario. One thing those duffers know for sure is that we do not have the gumption to initiate an invasion unless there is some serious provocation from their side. Even then "responsible power" keeda could soften that urge.
