China will not give any financial aid, but will give only financial loans to Afghanistan & if such loans are not repaid by Afghanistan in future, then China is likely to demand that the entire Wakhan Corridor be transferred to China’s permanent ownership. This of course will be unacceptable to both the Central Asian Republics as well as Russia, India & the US. Therefore, sooner rather than later, something decisive has to be done in order to prevent the Wakhan Corridor from becoming a part of China.

You need to understand the way it works in afghanistan. Unlike india, Afghan is not a union of states. It; s war lords ruling their personal fiefdom. talibs can sell whole afghanistan to china for money but ground situation is something else...
