Oh damn, I know this place. We are trying to make a 70T certified bridge there, and the gorge is like a steep 200m fall.
Weird thing is, that place is a bottleneck, all vehicles slow down there to wait for their turn to cross the steel girder bridge. How can a vehicle skid/fall in such a situation?

Driver could have lost control or steering lock/free(excessive steering wheel play) which happens in heavy vehicles and is the primary cause for many fatal accidents.
