China 'builds mock Eiffel Tower and presidential palace' at military base

Chinese military officials have constructed buildings that resemble Paris' Eiffel Tower and Taiwan's presidential palace at a training base in inner Mongolia, according to a report.

More puzzling is what appears to be a replica of Paris' Eiffel Tower that was built at the training base in 2011, the magazine says.

The 100-metre high tower "closely resembles the Eiffel Tower of Paris (300 meters) and is similar to another 1:3 scale imitation of the Eiffel Tower at Hangzhou, China".

"A tower of this height could be useful for telecommunications across the 1,000-square-kilometer base, however it does not appear to carry antennas, unlike at least two other more conventional towers located in the vicinity," the magazine says.

There should be no place for Civilian law enforcement within Paramilitary.
UPSC exam manufactures impractical indivisuals, military manufactures practical indivisuals.
No amount of reading books will teach u how to fight Naxal.
It's the same in engineering colleges, after 4 years niggas gonna get a electrical degree but tell them to replace a light bulb holder they can't.

To be fair to engineering colleges, in almost all engineering colleges, students learn how to fight with sticks and stones and hand-2-hand combat in 2nd year and reach commanding arm-chair positions in 4th years. Credit must be given where it's due
