That manwhore jinping is not trusted. People of these countries do not have confidence in him to do any good by the world. Firstly, China will never be accepted as a world leader now. Secondly, lack of trust in China will have spill over effects. Eventually people will ensure that advanced democracies decouple from China. Hence its economy is unlikely to soar. Thirdly, if a country and its leader are not trusted by the most advanced countries then imagine what will it be in countries that are debt trapped, coerced, threatened, and expanded into illegally. On top of that, a whopping 6.5 million people were tested in Wuhan in a single go. That in itself is an indicator that the COVID-19 problem, despite their attempts to hide it, have not disappeared at all. On top of that, doctors disappearing from public sight and memory are a good indicator of a shoddy cover up being undertaken. Harbin has become a disaster worse than Wuhan on top of it.

Those are sat images are by @Nrg8000. He said those are chinese camps.

The round structures are sangars . Any idiot can see those are Indian camps , I was surpised natan made that mistake.

How do you see the options as to which provides better "return on investment"
1) Active confrontation overt or covert
2) Passive aggressive (economic, diplomatic, forces posturing etc)

The best possible policy, in view of the decision makers, keeping in mind the political and diplomatic constraints that a democracy like India faces, is being pursued.

Your guess is as good as mine on what they think. One thing we can agree on is that no politician is that big a "desh bhakt" that he will commit a political suicide in interests of the nation.

China buys Indian rice for first time in decades amid border tensions

The breakthrough comes at a time when political tensions between the two countries are high because of a border dispute in the Himalayas.

China has started importing Indian rice after a gap of two years and placed orders for shipment of about 5,000 tonnes of non-basmati rice due to competitive prices offered by India compared to other nations, according to the All India Rice Exporters Association (AIREA).

Ok, 5000 tonnes is not a lot but what if China keeps importing, our farmers continue striking and there is a serious food shortage in semi-urban and urban areas? Perfect recipe for civil war and mass unrest.

Hope someone is keeping an eye on this developing story.

China is facing food shortage too due to floods this year but no harm in keeping the paranoid in us sharp, after all we are dealing with an evil state with no scruples.

First casualty:

Cause of death- Accident while moving from one post to another.

Cause: Accident in Manipur, Slipped 120 feet into gorge as per the family member of LNK R Wangjen.
Assuming rest 2 were killed in similar accident

I recollect 1 guerilla attack (2 or 3 weeks back), wherein an IA truck carrying water was ambushed. One soldier died.
