Paxtan's own census () claimed they had 241M people 2 years back. Today, it must be ~248M as per their own stated population growth rate.

But the population used to obtain per capita income here is 236M.

Umm no. There's a way sanctioned by Mo the naughty himself when on a raid to acquire booty, Mo the naughty & his companions took a number of women prisoner in order to ransom them.
