the effect of inbreeding is compounding generation after generation and it has reached that level where it cant be reversed even if pakistanis start outbreeding because atleast 70% population of pakistan is already suffering from inbreeding depression

yes interracial marriages can restore the hybrid vigour to normal level and it can even compound the hybrid vigour to produce superior traits like physical strength , vision , cognitive abilities etc
i can not say about india but as far as i know people in india marry within their caste which can lead to homozygosity and loss of hybrid vigour (but not at the level of pakistan or other islamic countries)
and i came to know that intercaste marriages and even interracial mariiages are becoming common in india so i dont think indian population is gonna loose the hybrid vigour because india has a huge gene pool people from different ethnicity , race , caste etc intermarrying will easily compensate for the loss of hybrid vigour (if there is any)
