Now who was boldy claiming that he had talked to HAL people and they said Tejas mk2 won't be rolled out before 2029 ?

Isn't that Reputed Journo from Tarmak Media already told that few months back itself all the digital drawings are sent to Sub-System Vendors for manufacturing and Jigs have already been assembled? Who are these maggots still spewing shit? Tejas mk2 will be rolled out by 2026. Whomever jerking off for MRFA, your planes don't drop magically by tomorrow and it takes atleast 4 years even in emergency mode to start manufacturing them i.e around 2028.

Under project Angad RWR and ASPJ pod has been developed. So Tejas would be equipped with it under Swayam Raksha Kawach literally translates to "Self Protection Suit".

We have to give him benefit of doubt. The concerned person might be seeing the current GE in different light and might be rooting for 414 to come 4 years later.
Even if by this year end the deal gets finalized, first 414 would be rolling out from Indian facility by 2027. So even in that sense, by 2029 Mk2 would be doing the flight tests as I mentioned against the said post.

But again it all depends on Govt regarding how they wish to proceed. We already have signed an MoU for 99 414 back in 2013.

Did he means 26 of March of of 2026.
Because he said it will be ready by later part of 2025. And will be ready in 26 (2026) btw where is that cheap chap saying Tejas mk2 won't come before 2029

and 414 deal is a NSA driven process on both sides, NSA is a political appointment, outcome of elections in both the countries will have an impact on the deal.

I think he talked about FF in 2029 anyways the indian made F414s will undergo a long testing.
