If I remember correctly there was a pedestal mounted manpad under development

Saw the system, but the launch tubes, 2 numbers, are of different sizes (2 types of manpads?)

there is a LRU box and 2 flat plates ( radar panels? IFF panels? ) also on the pedestal

edit : also pedestal mounted manpad was supposed to be laser guided but unable to spot any lasing devices (pic is one sided so cant say for sure)

Basically a hard-kill Anti-Torpedo weapon system that uses a torpedo to seek and destroy a hostile torpedo

AFAIK the sensor on the nose section of Anti-Torpedo Torpedo (ATT) is a Acoustic Vector Sensor

IMO with 2 launch tubes (with different dimensions) for 2 different types of MANPADS/MISSILES

And

IMO with 2 flat panels which could be radar /or IFF and their related processing systems in a box assembly
