Yeah he posts some small stuf on his youtube channel apart from working with Kalashnikov Concern

Just layman's glance at Archer gives you a feel about how the overall thing may be PTA driving in mountains but atleast it reduces the number of people and for all we know internally it may be no complex than exposed ones....at the rate of fire 5 to 6 rpm, automation may not be worth it in my opinion (atleast if it requires same crew level and so on). Just look at the elbit one that abing posted, its so much nimble and fast

It is no different than autoloaders in tank....there are service doors and obviously any deep breakdowns whether its exposed or inside may have to go to shop. When you automate, you have to reduce humans or simplify some aspects. What is caesar achieving? Its still 4 to 6 rpm. Other than wheeled mobility, there are no clear objectives in other parameters.....I like the elbit's simplicity to drive and 4 dudes firing and scooting...none of these contraptions that still require an army

sure thats why you have Tracked Artillery to cover that area. See Archer is being pitched as something that can be a alternative to Tracked SPH(why? because Its costly). A cheap reliable Mounted Artillery in numbers shall be more effective than few gold plated archers.

Correct then keep that simple with wheeled chasis like this elbit atmos and no half baked automation that still require same amount of people and added complexity.
