China has a military with no wartime experience since it hadn't fought a war in forty years. It wants to not fight a war for another forty!

So how do you protect yourself with no war experience and do not want to gain war experience?

Build so many warships and fighter planes that discourage war from happening in the first place

I am pretty certain it doesn't work like that. Germans, Japanese, French, Russians all built a huge military. All became a threat and were ostracized/contained. All waged war and were defeated/collapsed by a group.

Only reason Chinese were not fighting is because they were busy working and partying as they built a new nation based upon a huge pile of debt. Consumed what others should have been consuming. Servants of the evil Taoist banksters get rewarded.

SCMP reported that China will now begin exporting the type 052D. Says, it is no longer China's cutting edge military technology.
Might make sense to arm and prepare China's allies like the US/EU have done with NATO. Chinese are badly outnumbered by NATO. Of course, can members of a group ever be trusted? Can anybody be trust?
