few days ago...the 6th sea trial began...and it should be a trial related to Aviation facilities of carrier. the J-15's touch&go or Landing/Taking off are expected.

I thought they were replacing J-15 with a carrier version of the J-31. It is not safe to operate J-15, too many pilots have lost their lives with a 25% crash rate.

Why do you think J-31 will be any different. It's already a fat pig copy of original Fat-35 with underpowered engines. It will be bigger disaster than J-15s...:biggrin2:

The Chinese try to blame it on flight control systems for Russian engines. If they use their own engines they are limited to extremely slow throttle times taking 40 seconds to achieve military thrust and poor serviceability rates. The J-31 uses RD-33s. Some how they make that flight control system work with Russian engines but they can't get AL-31F to work properly as J-10s fall out of the skies like swatted flies.

Need experience also to operate. Building on copied or stolen technology is one thing. Operating it efficiently in deep sea is another. There is no magic pill for experience. Moreover Chinese are afraid of deep sea.
