possible reasons for keeping buying AL-31:
1 WS-10 still cant work as well as AL-31.(i really think thats the main reason.)
2 pretending as if the WS-10 couldnt work as well as AL-31. we buying a few so that others can get the wrong disinfo.(do we have to do this?we ve revealed J-20....we ve been expected to be better than AL-31 kind of techs)
3 mass producing WS-10 for J-10 takes long time even WS-10 is a bit better.....we dont have too much time so we buy engines from russia. (maybe....but at least some J-10 fighters should use WS-10.....unfortunately i just dont see this happenning at least for now)
