I wouldn't write off the possibility of BJP gerrymandering Vidarbha and Marathwada out as a separate state before 2024. This would secure 20 LS seats for the BJP, but it will suffer heavy losses in the west (which was a lost cause anyway). Fadnavis's wannabe socialite wife will be kicked out of Mumbai hi-soc.

Booth capturing should not be an option for any political party.
It is a crime and a crime should be punished at all cost.
If we are a democracy then we should protect the pillar of democracy that is election.

ECI should be given more power to prevent booth capturing and gandmasti from political party.

Something along the lines of Russian FSB should be established and be given the power to manhandle, arrest, shoot anyone that tries to interfere with free elections.

Gandmasti in election should not happen.
