ATAGS does nave a mechanical arm based auto-loader which the truck mounted gun lacks.

As for maintenance after x rounds which is less compared to towed artillery one has to put the entire system under maintenance due to mechanical (vibration and recoil) stress on the system.

True, but this can be done by any general purpose truck (provided it has be rated) to tow such guns. While for truck mounted gun you need specialized vehicle.
Such trucks are available in mass in IA.
Almost all trucks rated at or above Medium 6x6 high mobility truck can tow such a guns.
