On the F-35 too there IR sensors are these

They are multi-purpose sensors, part of DAS.
Su-57's 101KS-U is UV.
F-35's AN/AAQ-37 is IR.
They will perform function of MAWS, fixed IRST at ranges shorter than for dedicated IRST, aid in weapons cueing, provide video on MFD & if HMDS is capable.
They give some minimum guidance to weapons like direction of target but cannot perform other function of EOTS like Laser Designation/ranging requiring moving gimbal, tracking at longer distances requiring bigger aperture.
Such functions require real-time Digital Image Processing & hence very strong computer H/w & S/w which contributes to high price of the platform.

Small correction - Only F-35's DAS has demonstrated very long range tracking upto 1,300 Kms (which also depends on heat source's size & orientation, altitude ofsource & target, climate, etc). Russia, China, EU are yet to prove by demo.
The top pic referring to AMCA is not of AMCA's nose but that of civil business jet used as testbed.

Could be stealth attack/bomber jet like Su-34. But a fighter cannot have intakes on top creating aerodynamic shadow & severely obstructing airflow causing engine flameout.
But we have to wait & see bcoz the initial model could be misleading also. These days in expos a lot of models are displayed doesn't mean they will be made exactly like that or even be approved.

AMCA MK1 design might have been frozen but its MK2 version would need some structural adjustments for improvements. From mechanical engineering PoV an important thing to notice is how the main landing gear retracts. From the video of Dr. Girish Deodhare it seems that the gear will fold & retract forward.

While some diagrams from ADA shows that gear will fold & retract backwards.

This is an important factor to save critical space for additional stuff like fuel, equipment or even SWB for smaller CCMs.
For example in F-22 the gear retracts laterally into very compact space thus creating space for AIM-9X into a SWB & CMDS port also.

In Su-57 also the gear retracts forward in full length without folding which is simple method but forces the SWB to be separate under wing which might increase RCS. If the gears retracted laterally then this could have been a modular space for 2nd SWB, jammer. EOTS, etc.

Hence these examples could be a learning lesson in advance for AMCA MK2 to have a SWB. Currently CCMs are depicted in CG images very close to wing root which can be blended inwards.

This opens up a new dimension & capabilities regarding AMCA‘s specification with 4 rudram I in internal weapons bay, the sole weight of the missiles goes above 2400kg & with the dimensions of rudram being 5.5m thus it opens up a possibility of carrying 2 brahmos ng in its internal weapons bay with it supposed to be 5m long & 50cm thick.

It is a fan made video, not official source.
Rudram & Brahmos NG will be carried externally on AMCA.
Its design is typical on footprint of F-22, not for weapons longer than 12-13 feet. Rudram is 18ft & Brahmos-NG also is still very big.
If AMCA can achieve 6 AAMs internally that would be a challenge good enough.
New gen jet requires new gen weapons with new dimensions. Either design the jet as per weapons or design weapons as per jet.
We have to wait & see the design of MK2 jet.
