Diplo talk which adds no real world value to India-US relationships beyond what already exists.

Not his team’s fault, they already know that most of the Indian Americans vote is in their pocket, so why bother.

Pakistani Americans are doing a much better job at getting what they want done, they are even influencing american foreign policy.
Actually not true. Apart from the statement, both Biden and Kamala Harris made direct references to India on Independence Day, both with wishes and direct references to how they will take the relationship forward.. That is about as direct as any one can get.

There is an understanding that Indian Americans might play a significant part in some swing states and a realisation that Trump has made some inroads and there is scepticism about the democrats. Joe Biden himself has always been an India supporter but there is a fear that he might not fully be in charge and that the Sanders group might be influencing the messaging. This direct appeal to Indian Americans is the result of Joe Biden asserting himself but also of an political reality in some states where Hillary lost by less votes that the number of Indian American voters present in those states.

First of all, i recognise that Foreign policy on India, is not an important issue from american election standpoint.

but.

are there any indications within the democratic party, which indicates that they are going to stop demonising hindus, Indian armed forces , RSS , BJP, Indian Govt ?

i haven't seen any change yet.

Which swing states have significant Indian 'hindu' diaspora to influence the result ?

Indian Americans have mostly voted for Democrats in the presidential elections. On November 3, they can do more, Democrats believe, and put former Vice-President Joe Biden in the White House.

“The Indian American vote — the AAPI more broadly — can be an absolute difference maker,” Tom Perez, chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said at a power-packed pitch to them at a virtual ton-hall recently, pointing to their demographics in the three Rust Belt swing states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania that put Donald Trump in the White House in a stunning upset in 2016. The broader group AAPI in Perez’s remarks, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, include people of Indian, Chinese, Filipino, Korean, Japanese and Indonesian descent.

President Donald Trump won these three states narrowly by 0.2, 0.7 and 0.8 percentage points, respectively — 10,704, 46,765 and 22,177 votes. Together, they gave him their cumulative 46 electoral votes, a 304-227 victory over Hillary Clinton and the White House. (There are in all 538 electoral votes that decide a presidential elections in the US, not the popular vote, which Clinton won, in this instance by more than 3 million; 7 electors voted against their pledges).

Indian Americans of voting age are in sufficient numbers in these states to obliterate Trump’s lead and put Biden across the finishing line, Democrats have argued.

There are 125,000 Indian American voters in Michigan, 156,000 in Pennsylvania and 37,000 in Wisconsin, according to an analysis by AAPI Victory Fund, a Democratic group dedicated to ensuring the victory of AAPI candidates that had hosted the town-hall.

The number of Indian Americans who voted in these three states in 2016, or did not, could not be immediately ascertained. But the countrywide turnout for the community was 62%, according to AAPI Data, the study cited by AAPI Victory Fund. It was the highest among AAPI communities with Japanese Americans, and was 6 points above the national turnout of 56%.

While that is true, it’s not in the hands of any American Prsidential campaign to change. What matters is the official policy of any future White House occupant. On that there is more hope for a more friendly administration with Biden in charge as compared to any other democrat. Trump has been better on that score but remember that it was the Republicans who put Modi on a blacklist. India will face some noise on some issues with the democrats in charge but with Biden, likely not much change in official policy. This direct commitment made by the candidate and his VP to be is important , certainly more than policy papers put out.

Sure, i am just bringing out the fundamental point that Indian americans are giving away their vote for cheap, they can bargain for more.

i can understand them voting from democrats in electing their Governors, which has a direct impact on their livelihood and quality of life issues. since most of them live in blue states anyways.

For the presidential vote which controls the foreign policy, they might as well ask for more.

Once democrats are back, the whole libtard NGO funding taps will be turned on again, which will invariably find it's way to india. it has been peaceful in india last few years, ever since trump administration shut down funding for many libtard projects.

India's former NSA is worried that US hasn't interfered enough in Indian domestic issues. Letters by eminent citizens from New Delhi to the White House may see a sudden jump post November if Biden wins.

I won't be surprised if these same people start praising her if she wins:doh:
Yup, they will.

On larger point, within next 5/10 years there has to be effort put in to get rid of the notion among fellow Indian citizens that India‘s “peace of mind” lies external to the boundaries of the country.

we can’t be jumping up and down whenever something not so favourable happens in US or UK.

Our internal systems & policies should be strong enough to face possible external adversities.

This lady has played her ancestry cleverly - claiming to be a black american gets more purchase come election day but she doesn't talk much about her jamaican father, while tom toming of her indian mother and hoping to appeal to desis with the chennai connection. Its a tight rope walk. Hope she lands on her face and goes down the sarah palin road.

Keep in mind, of all the possible outcomes in this scenario, this one exists too:
Biden wins, he won’t last a year in WH because of his age. Kamala Harris becomes the president.

Left Is FURIOUS After I Revealed Kamala Harris Is Descended From Slave Owner
That’s not actually a big deal, a large percentage of African Americans have in their ancestry, some slave owner blood. Slave owners sometimes had sex with their slaves, not like there was much choice for the slaves, there were children born. Still slaves. No surprises there.
