Mirpuris are not Kashmiris, they are Jutt Muslims from Jammu settled into PoK by the Pakistani government to change the demographics to be more favorable to them. They are known as junglee and despised by even Pakistani Punjabis. A lot of them are not civilians but part of Pak Army's mujahid battalion. Also if you saw the complete video, one of the Mirpuris mentioned how the second line of Pak Army defence posts are in the village basically. So who's fault is it that their own Army build outposts in "civi" areas?
