Islamic state claiming responsibility for these attacks have two side effects 1. India has to contend with an immediate and significant threat in Sri Lanka. 2. India will have to put a firewall in TN to stop these people from crossing over.

Neither of these two will prove easy.

5. Emergency declared. This means the terrorists will be tried by military court and will face the firing squad. That is if they are not first shot on sight.
6. India's cooperation obtained. Indian Coast Guard will shoot out of the water anyone trying to escape to Tamil Nadu.

even after Getting solid Intel weeks before the actual attacks they could not stop these attacks and now they are doing " लीपा पोती " to Hide their inefficiency ....

This shouldve been done long back.
Over here media created a controversy when examiner wanted to identify if the lady writing her exam was truly the same person when he suspected proxy. (I think it was a christian nun in that case though). Seems like some common sense still exists in SL.

One good part is that the intelligence report about the attacks from India were gathered by TN state intelligence, so atleast they are on top of the things happening.

All indicators are that good intelligence was available to SL government; which it chose to ignore.

If India provided specific intelligence which was not acted upon; it means there are people in SL government who are sympathetic to these terrorists.

India has only two viable options:

1. Firewall routes of ingress and egress from TN.
2. Greatly increase surveillance in TN.

Joint ops in SL with SL forces is the most logical and easiest route. But may not be practical if information is leaked out.

Just check scroac the world wherever and in which ever country they're living they end up troubling that country and its population to accept islam and sharia law.
