If you can afford to do way with a dedicated GPU and instead rely on iGPU for a time being then you can get following configuration

For around 55000 INR (incl. shipping):
CPU: i5 6600K (unlocked)
CPU Cooler: Deepcool Gammaxx 300
Motherboard: Asus Z170-K(recommended) or MSI Z170a PC Mate (cheaper)
RAM: 8 GB DDR4 (2400 MHZ)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
PSU: Corsair VS650 (650 watts)
Cabinet: Cooler Master Force 500 (Black)
Monitor: LG 20 inch full HD

For around 42000 INR (incl. shipping):
CPU: i3 6100
Motherboard: Asus Z170-K (recommended) or MSI Z170a PC Mate (cheaper)
RAM: 8 GB DDR4 (2400 MHZ)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB
PSU: Corsair VS650 (650 watts)
Cabinet: Cooler Master Force 500 (Black)
Monitor: LG 20 inch full HD

The first one with addition of a good enough GPU (and a better monitor) will allow you to play any heavy game till next 5 years at least. Both configurations will provide easy future up-gradation paths.

Don't go for Micro ATX. Bad choice.
what i have to buy
1. CPU(I5 SKYLAKE PREFFERED)
2. GPU(NVIDIA 900 SERIES PREFFERED)
3. RAM(DDR4 8GB)
4. MOBO(ANY)
5. PSU(550-650 WATT)
6. HDD(1TB)
7, CABINET(ANY)
i do not need a monitor sir
if these 7 components can be accomodated in the budget of 45k-48k then its great.

you can buy components randomly if want to save some money by getting second-components. for eg, I know of a couple of good deals on seasonic 520 & 620W & Corsair 550W PSUs. cabinet too could be had that way (know someone in Patna who could help). CPU I'd recommend getting a new one, though might find a used one too. cooler also can be used this way, as well as HDD (again, aware of a deal for 1TB Seagate HDD for 2.8k).
this way you could invest in a UPS and probably an SSD as well, which should feature in a rig now IMO.

any special reason why DDR4 RAM? RAM I think is at a point where you spend more by going a level up but don't get that much of a difference in performance for the price paid.

In that case select the second configuration minus the monitor: 33000 INR
Throw a good enough GPU into the mix
Add shipping
Done.

If you compromise bit more on Motherboard (I strongly recommend against it) you can save additional 2000-4000 INR.

Trust me, you will be better off with i3 6100. You won't even feel the difference.

My workstation has got 32 Xeon CPU cores and 128 GB RAM, my laptop has 2nd gen i3 and 4 GB RAM. Different machines, different purposes. Go for a configuration which fits perfectly into your budget and needs.

yeah thanks
btw what do you think about the other components like processor, ram, gpu, psu, and motherboard
with i5 and a GTX or Nvdia , worry about cooling problems. Buy only that cabinet which has at least 3 fans and is not compact but spacious.

Don't forget to dust it monthly.

I have I7 and Nvidia .. on my laptop and it gets heated so easily.

ddr4 ram runs at higher frequency performs better and costs nearly the same

How about buying a custom cooler for cpu from cooler master???

that would do the job but not water cooled. They leak! ... and if possible get external GPU. Because CPU can take the heat but GPU gets short easily. And then one pays another 10k for new one.

Three clear advantages:
A. Ships with LGA1151 socket by default which is supported by the most recent (and future gens) 6th gen Intel CPUs including the most high end CPUs.
B. Z170 chip-set allows overclocking provided the CPU is unlocked (check for K suffix e.g. i5 6600K). RAM may be overclocked as well.
C. These motherboards are build with extremely robust components to tolerate lot of stress (heat and voltage) without malfunction. Hence life of on-board chips including CPU will be extended considerably.

Excellent advice. Even though the Air Cooled ones look bulkier, those have lesser number of moving parts. Lesser number of moving parts translates into greater reliability and less likelihood of malfunction. In worst case, Even if the fan dies the directly attached radiator makes sure that the CPU remains safe.

You require custom cooler only for the Unlocked CPUs (e.g. i5 6600K, look for the K suffix at the end), for the rest the stock coolers are just fine. In fact the Unlocked ones do not ship with stock cooler, hence you must purchase the cooler separately.

sir,i'm going with a non-k series skylake build.
gigabyte ga-h110m-s2 ddr4 is also a lga 1151 socket motherboard.so its a nogo for me.
i'm considering buying a core i5 6400p right now and buy a 7th gen intel processors(kaby lake lga 1151).
hows the idea??????

I think you meant i5 6402P, the chip has got less powerful integrated graphics and hence is cheaper compared to i5 6500 by a margin of 2000-3000 INR, total value for money if you are installing dedicated GPU. Even though 6402P has lower clock speed, it should hardly matter.

Watch this to see i5 6400 demolish i3 6100. Go with an i5 since you don't want to experience any bottlenecking. Also, GTX 950 is not the best card for 1080p. RX 460 is going to release soon for an identical price and better performance so you can wait for that IMO.

i have 1600x900p monitor.
thats why either a gtx 950 or gtx 960
core i5 6400 and core i5 6402p are almost the same
the only difference is integrated graphics
i have seen that review the shocking part was core i3 perform way better than i5 in gta 5(which is a very cpu intensive game)
quite strange

Did we watch the same video? Because I saw at 8:36, i5 completely destroyed i3 in GTA 5. :biggrin2:
