I don't even know how to explain it to correctly about formulate. This is the "demonstrational training". It invited journalists, veterans, parents of cadets, so they can see what they have learned at the military college. There are many different demonstration exercises.

Now, in Ukraine there are about 150 thousand participants of the war in Afghanistan. The average age -47 years. . The status: "war veteran". So they get still the same benefits as those who fought in the Great Patriotic war (1941-1945).
Their social status is different. Someone continued military career, some started doing business and one lives only to retire. Destiny is different. In schools study this period of history, military institutions are studying the experience gained during the hostilities.. Society of their respects.

Almost all control of the Ukrainian army had served in Afghanistan and other " Hotpoint (Flashpoint)". And experience is very extensive. From the interaction of troops, unto equipment of the common soldier.
