I know,. about the existence of this project. It was replicated by all Ukrainian media. Only my opinion has not changed - this tank is not needed. Tanks that are in stock are not without a reserve of modernization. Why spend a lot of money on this phantom. The state also adheres to the idea of modernizing old tanks, so this is not a state order, but a private initiative of one of the companies.
