I don't know. Their MBT rely massively on Korean ToT. Their attack helo is a european derivative.
They seems self reliant on tactical ucav, artillery rockets, frigates (but mainly the hull).
Nothing really impressive and needed very high skills and high rank scientific knowledges.
Just another third rank country, only big in the mind of Erdogan the fool.
I mean their upgrade program for f 16. ,they claim it equivalent to block 72 upgrade and can be used in tfx , is their some sort of nato help their cause making a aesa radar for airborne application is such short span isn't feasible and possible

Not meant to mock turks but kinda they think very high of themselves.
One of the guy said "Say anything impossible to a turk and you'll see that happening" bruh
And this is not the thinking of a single person but most of them.

Where will they found a cutting edge AESA radar ???
They don't have the industrial and scientifical basis to do so.
They really are in a bad situation : No F35, a F16 fleet not so young.... If they purchase a chinese or russian plane it will be another hard crisis in NATO. Maybe the last crisis before a rupture.
Congrats Erdogan ! He have only small balls but not brain.

Indeed. They were perfectly aware of the potential issue. PAC3 and Aster were for sale....
Now they just have to adapt....
I think s 400 was for a potential defense against a coup and bombing of erdogan castle .

After all this thry have done , I don't think there tall claims will ever materialize , they wanna make a arrow 3 equivalent , a lrsam , ballastic missile and what not , gonna hurt them bad , really bad .

But wait ,ehu should we care ,get your popcorn and enjoy the show

Erdogan also destroyed potential collaboration on 5th gen fighters between India and Turkey by his idiotic comments on Kashmir issue.
Now Turkey does not enjoy good relations with major defense powerhouses like france&US
Turkey is in a very bad situation, and they have nothing else than Erdogan and his friends to blame for.
They are in a corner.

His not in a corner and quite the opposite to be honest. Turkey has gotten more opportunities and more friends. As from being in NATO Turkey has a major alliance besides NATO with Turkic Council members (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgystan) Turkey has managed to military beef these members military and made them strong except Kyrgystan that will follow soon. They are becoming a united Turkic world.

Including a Pakistan alliance that is getting stronger and stronger.. So it is technically re-armed and re-fueled central asian nations + Pakistan + Afghanistan as their link road.

Turkey has strengthen itself on multiple level and ethbalished alliance with Malaysia and Indoneisa. including Ukraine and UK.

corner'ing Turkey is unrealistic and I would even say India is more cornered than Turkey ever will be.. This is just ground realities

This is not a geopolitics thread comrade , turkey is cornered in the sense that they can't upgrade their fighter aircraft fleet.

So you want to say that inbreds porks would help Turkey in making 5th gen fighters along with countries like malasia,Indonesia etc.

Its a real cause for concern if central asia goes hostile against us. As for technological alliance they have pretty much severed all their ropes. They are the most tech advanced in their group and has bad ties with everyone else with money or tech. Notable exception perhaps being Ukraine but they have US strings attached too.

Another orgasmic bullshit from burger boy land ,😂😂 .

Let's Access the situation as you say it , first porkistan , so that is a gone case , you dumbhole said they are strengthening Pakistan , they are just making few bucks , and except that few loud mouth announcement that gave Pakistani orgasm , but what's the reality , Pakistan is stuck in circular debt already ,need constant bailing out or otherwise it will be fucked up , china is basically redirecting cpec loans back ot them and pork will pay the interest rates .

Next Afghanistan , so forget about it ,thry will be in trembling turmoil for next deacde , not a safe route , and taliban is not that much united now , spilling of different ideology has begun , any country interested can hire mercenaries there after US withdrawal and turks can't dictate terms to Afghani , they hate intervention ,and turks going full rabid islamist way to appeal them will have nato beating their ass off , or in most optimistic case they will be spending too much resources there .

Now comes kazikistan , with that meme air force ,they aren't worth two squadrons of any modern jets ,too easy a target to be dead ,but still they have a major source of their income from indian reated industry which provides them employment , they didn't even support pakistan on kashmir issue , if they try to act smart , we can hurt them economically in all their holes .

Next comes uzbekistan , too similar a case as that of above one , and low per capita income too , lol this year they performed exercise with us to fight counter terror ops in KASHMIR , literally learning to kill jihadi pigs from us 😂😂😂 , our engagement with them is growing day by day .

Turkmens with a puny population and miniscule gdp of 42 billion, will challenge us ?or support turks in their orgasmic dildo conquest ,if they were against us ,then were not worried about pork stupidity on kashmir issue , they literally want it to be persued .

Krgyz are literally non significant , except for land ,they support us on kashmir and unsc seat .

Now we don't care about Azerbaijan , they are just dicks trynna be another islamic nation .

Now indian engagement with Israel ,france , russia , is not what turks have ,UK is not a traditional ally of us , nor do italy ,uae ,saudi are supportive of india in comparison to turks or porks .

.so all this strategic alliance is all good for photo and memes but turks doing and tom foolery in russian backyard will be dealt with a anal banging day and night ,that s 400 was a buisness opportunity but geo politics Don't work like that .

Malaysia tried to be oversmart ,now they tryna cozy up with us , Indonesia is neutral till now .

We have good relationship with japan .

And fuck them all ,turks do all mighty ummah leader and bullcrap but then want economical ties with us ,and make trade reach 10 billion by last year .

Any idiotic move further and their trade will be impacted and will lose money

21st century NATO don't need Turkey no more.
They are a foe inside the NATO : they seemed ready to open fire on a french frigate last year...
They are in a corner because out of F35, and if they purchase another chinese or russian wepon will be fired from NATO. The Turkish fighter will never be a reality : too complex, too costly.
Let them go with some other muslim countries. To create a useless and fluffy axis

Their fighter is superior to F-35 and it is not to complex and will be finalized 2023. Turkey has no use of inferior chinese or Russians jets but it was to create weapons superior to everyone else. Turkey won't be kicked out NATO ever. NATO can't risk everyone going over to China it will be the end of western hegemony as we know if that were to happen. So NATO needs Turkey and PAKISTAN yes I said Pakistan more than the other way around. The US can't risk everyone joining China's axis if that were to happen it is over for them. They can even create an alternative currency and keep it in Asia.

The US needs Pakistan, Turkey, Central Asian nations as neutral and friendly countries not joining up with China as they are about to do if pushed to much and it could create a cripple effect where everyone joins China's camp. You will end up with the EU, US, and India facing everyone else? The US won't put itself at such weak position. Pakistan is non-NATO ally whereas India is not and Turkey is NATO ally that should tell you everything you need to know
