USS New-York

USS New York (LPD-21), the fifth San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock, is the seventh ship of the United States Navy to be named after the state of New York.[1][4] New York has a crew of 360, and can also carry up to 700 Marines. The ship is notable for using steel that was salvaged from the World Trade Center, after it was destroyed in the September 11 attacks.

The Phalanx CIWS are still installed. So theoretically this ship can be pulled out from its birthing for active duty should there's a need for it?

I believe much of the hull armor has been removed, and many more systems would be needed to re-activate the ship, I believe. The last modernization of the class was 30 years ago.
