This is titanium heat-resistant plate near the gun muzzle. It is useless to paint it because no paint can survive even a dozen shots.

No official messages for now except for the info of Su-35S technologies TOT to India is getting ready and will be offered as a plan to JV "Super Su-35SE" and Su-30MKI upgrade using this technologies stack.
