@Kunal Biswas sir - Would'nt the MSMC be better if the oversized handguard was replaced with a piccatiny rail on three sides with a detachable foregrip. It can give better scope for combat flashlights, laser pointers and controllability during sustained automatic fire...

If this SMG comes in use with in IA it will create another logistical headache of adding another caliber round in addition to existing 5.56mm,9mm,7.62x54,7.62×39mm round .

what logistics issue hitesh this is going to be only for CQB and officers and army and air force pilots and domestic in case If Indian Police buys this however the Indian Police is secondary....... this gun is not going to be mass distributed to all....... so there is not going to be much of logistical problem.......

It will replace current 9mm carbine in use with in IA ,but they will still use 9mm bullet for pistols so they still need 9mm supply in addition to this new round . Air Force pilots normally don't take SMG with them but 9mm handgun .

This gun was ideally designed for CQB and this 5.56X30 mm is more effective and have high penetration power than a 9mm yes it is additional caliber but i believe it is not going to cause any logistical problem for the IA and regarding the Pilots of IAF And IA they do use it i have confirmed with a Army helicopter pilot currently serving in the J&K sector and they use MP5 and i cant provide you any link as this was told to me.......

Our wartime issue is one 9mm pistol loaded+two loaded clips. this fits in very well within our lower leg pockets of G-suit. MSMC is too big to be carried as personal weapon in a fighter ac as it will create problems while ejecting from the ac. This gun is better suited for those who earlier carried SMC like tank crews, Officers, Logistics officers etc.

The MSMC back then was under constant design changes hence could not offered, But now its pass trails and now the design is final it will be offered for export ..

It is possible, May be SF will do if they are issued this firearm ..

===========================
===========================

There is no logistic issue, In fact got lesser as the bullet is same 64gr 5.56mm as the one in Insas, Just the cartridge is cut in half this will ensure free flow of ammo to troops and simplify manufacturing ..

9mm Hand Gun are used rarely mostly by hi-ranks and tankers, Very less in Infantry but Carbine is not ..

what happened then?.
what happened next ?

Regarding air force pilots, Indeed ..

Helicopter Pilots often carry AK or Carbine, MSMC would be better, MSMC would also replace AK in most CQB areas ..
