oh ok, i took the details from skyscrapercity forum i post there as well so i thought those were the accurate ones

Thanks.. friend has bought a flat here and is urging me to buy one with a long term view but Godrej properties build quality is pretty awful from what I've seen in Bangalore and appreciation isn't much.
Ya'll Nibbiars The Hiranandani, Wadhawa, Marathon, MICL has better quality than the Godrej in the same area with lower price and better facilities and locations.
